1. Times

      - The show runs for 1 day, Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 11am-4pm

      - Set up is available from 9am the morning of the show and vendors agree to remain until 4pm before they begin tear down.

2. Booth sizes are 8 x 8 and come with a table 6 x 3 if requested

3. Applications do not guarantee acceptance.

     - Upon acceptance you will receive an email with information to proceed. Deposit of 50% of vendor fee is due within 24 hours of acceptance. The remainding 50% is due by November 1st, 2019.

4. No refunds will be issued. If a vendor needs to cancel their registration they may sell their space upon approval.
