$250 Vendor fee
(this includes a $50 non-refundable deposit)
No refunds will be issued after April 20, 2020

Booths are 10 x 10
You may share your booth with another vendor, please include that request in your application.
Set up is 4pm-7pm Friday July 3, 2020 and 8:30 am -10:30 am Saturday, July 4, 2020
Take down is 4 - 6:30 pm Sunday, July 5, 2020
if you need more time to set up or take down, please let us know in your application.

Your booth payment includes being featured on our Instagram account and website.
You will be requested to send along pictures of your products.
If you want to be included in the feature vendors section on our web page please send along a small write up about you and your business

Your application does not guarantee acceptance.

Your product will be reviewed by our panel and we will contact you once we have made a decision on your application.
If accepted You have 7 days to pay your fee in order to keep your spot.

I have a grand vision of this event.
This year we are starting small. We have rented the RCMP barn which will fit 60 vendors.
We will be limiting repetition to the event by focusing on unique products and services that support small and outdoor living.
Your application may be declined if we feel we have saturated your market.
We are looking for products in the following fields:
